I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning vistas of the coral reef. It was also conveniently located just near the centre of Avarua, so everything was within easy reach. The room was comfortable and had a balcony over the common area, which allowed me to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the reef. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
All was great - no improvements needed.

We stayed here for one night only, but we loved the location of this hotel. It was close to the airport and town which was great. The hotel was right on the beach, but since we arrived at night, we did not see much of the beach. The surroundings were very clean and tidy. The staff was accommodating in terms of our late check-in. a good value for money and the perfect location to further explore the island.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Great Location, Central to Everything We Needed
Over the Easter weekend, we stayed at a hotel in Rarotonga that was conveniently located. The hotel was situated within walking distance of all the shops and stores we needed. We were able to easily get to all the places we wanted to see during our stay. there was a bus stop right outside the hotel that made it easy to get around if we didn't feel like walking. One other advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome during our stay.
They seemed outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The furniture was old and worn, and the bedding was not very comfortable.
